Huntsville Memorial Hospital – Free Mammogram program
Huntsville Memorial Hospital is committed to the health and well-being of our community. We understand that access to preventive care is crucial, and we are pleased to announce that we now offer free screening mammograms to patients who are truly unfunded and lack insurance coverage due to the amazing work form the Inaugural Golf for the Girls in Fall 2024 and a $16,000 donation to HMH Foundation for these services to be more accessible.
This program aims to ensure that all women in our community have access to this vital screening service, regardless of their financial situation. Early detection of breast cancer through regular mammograms can significantly improve treatment outcomes.

How to Apply
- Obtain a referral from your doctor.
- Have your provider send the referral to the Women’s Imaging department via fax at 936-293-4694.
- Our team will complete the eligibility and verification process and schedule your appointment.
