Hospitalization and illness can be very stressful.
Our Patient Experience Coordinator is here for you to ease the sometimes challenging journey through a healthcare experience. Our Patient Experience Coordinator assists patients and families with any concerns or complaints, and acts as a liaison between the patient and the hospital or Medical Staff.
Our mission is to always provide outstanding healthcare and excellent service.
We want to exceed your expectations!
However, there may be times when a patient or family member has an issue that needs special attention. Please let us know when an issue occurs. We want to address your concerns and/or questions immediately.
