Thank you and congrats to our latest WOW winners: Khelsea Brasuel & Krystal Kruckenberg.
Khelsea Brasuel is a Charge Nurse on Medical and has been with HMH for almost a year. She had three separate WOW nominations last month! The authors of Khelsea’s cards had this to say:
“She is always ready to help the staff. She goes above and beyond by answering call lights and making sure the patients are well taken care of. She is a great Charge Nurse.”
“I love working with Ms. Khelsea. Not only is she very good at her stuff, but also very attentive to every patient’s needs and looks after her coworkers, including me. I feel comfortable and safe when she’s my charge nurse. She’s simply the best! I hope I can be as efficient and smart as her. She deserves this award.”
“Ms. Khelsea is very hard working and attends to the needs of every patient. She is always helping everyone to provide high quality care to every patient admitted. She is awesome! I really appreciate all her help. She motivates me to work harder.”
Krystal Kruckenberg is a Patient Care Tech and has been at HMH for a year and a half. Krystal had 5 nominations this month from both patients and coworkers that had this to say:
“She rocks! Upbeat, kind, respectful, joyful. She is what all patients need; she helps in every way she can. Pep in her step, love in her heart and a ray of sunshine in her smile. She is a jewel among your staff and I am blessed to have her taking care of me!!”
“She made my experience so much better. She’s excellent, very nice! We need more of her. She is an A+”
“Krystal goes above and beyond for her patients. She is always friendly and upbeat and tries to bring a smile to all the patient’s faces. Krystal is always willing to help everyone with anything. She is one of the best we have.”
