ORTHOPEDICS & SPORTS MEDICINE
The HMH Orthopedic Clinic provides comprehensive orthopedic care that includes both surgical and non-surgical treatment for patients of all ages.

RURAL HEALTH CLINIC
Huntsville Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic provides care for the entire family—children through adults—as well as minor emergency treatment, such as laceration repair.
DIALYSIS ACCESS
Patients experiencing end-stage renal disease need dialysis to filter wastes and excess fluids from the blood.

- New Patient or Texas Health Step - Please arrive at least 30 minutes early.
- Follow up visits - Please arrive 15 minutes early.
- Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, method of payment for co-pays and all medications you are currently taking.
- Texas Health Step appointments should bring a copy of immunization records.
