The Huntsville Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic was established in 1992
to meet the primary health care needs of the residents of Walker County.
It is an ambulatory acute care clinic that provides care for patients
of all ages. Services include pediatric care, adolescent medicine, and
The Huntsville Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic was planned in compliance
with the federal Rural Health Clinic Services Act. This act finances the
expansion of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement programs for health care
service providers in rural areas like Walker County.
Our Team & Services
Licensed and certified M.D.s, Physician's Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
provide services to the clinic, with assistance from nursing and office
staff. Medical Director, Audrey Ormberg, M.D., supervises all clinic activities.

are similar to those that are typically offered in a primary care physician’s office.

There is a fee for Huntsville Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic services,
however, Medicare and Medicaid are both accepted and financial assistance
plans are available for qualified applicants.
Hours & Location
The Huntsville Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic is now open 5 days a week
from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Appointments may be scheduled
