HMH CEO Sally Nelson says, “The latest numbers from national surveys show that more than eight percent of the population use illicit drugs. We hope our new outpatient treatment program will help people receive the care and support they need."

C.A.R.E. group meetings are held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening. Participants attend the sessions while living at home and maintaining work schedules.
