Our speakers can address small, informal groups or give larger, auditorium-style presentations. The program length can be adapted to meet your needs. The speakers also use a variety of visual aids, such as videos, overhead projection, brochures and even mannequins. Some of the presentations are even interactive, with audience participation in activities such as blood pressure screening.

How to Schedule a Speaker

 

The HMH Speakerís Bureau is absolutely free of charge. To book a speaker for your next event, please complete the following steps:

  • Call the HMH Community Relations Department at (936) 291-4599 at least ten (10) days prior to your event
  • Advise HMH of the group size and demographic
  • HMH will suggest a speaker and a topic for the group
  • HMH can provide related health screenings and/or information packets
  • Related health workshops (ranging from 2-6 hours) can be scheduled by contacting the HMH Community Relations Department at (936) 291-4599.
